I saw the movie 3 times simply because I would forget parts of it and I did not want to forget any of it. Peek through the pages to see what the pirates are doing on deck, in the hold, and up in the mast. I'm glad, because it was, and still is, one of my very favorite books of all time and I am a well read person (Note: my license plate reads B1G READ). Crombie weaves some information on art and opera into this mystery involving a titled family with a past tragedy and secrets that affect the present. Budski, who runs one of the campus fraternities, just uses Jenny for his own personal gains. All those forms, artificial as they seem to us today, would have appeared as natural and as right to their practitioners as the standard novel does today.
