I don’t read very many books, but this one was great!!! I couldn’t put it down. Well written and easy to follow...

A few stories are too ambiguous in their story telling (which to be fair is stereotypical for short stories). However, his first shot is locating that bun that should be around somewhere and Hayley's abusive father is offering to sell him the info he is looking for. The stories come from many traditions, including: Japan ("The Dancing Skeleton"), Uruguay ("The Hungry Witch"), the Sioux Nation ("The Ghost Wife"), and the Congo ("The Talking Skull"). While this book is not a substitute for the bible, it's narration of the bible stories are consistent with the bible. Interesting story of one mans World War II experience.
